Senior Men
Senior training plans are set by our head coach, and will involve water sessions at the weekends, Wednesday afternoons and pre/post lectures (light permitting). Circuit training runs for most of the year twice weekly, along with scheduled ergometer, resistance and cross-training.
The Manchester University senior squad continues to perform at a high level, consistently finishing well in the top 100 at HORR and reaching the Thursday/Friday of Henley Royal Regatta.

The Manchester senior women continue to be competitive around the UK, winning silver at BUCS Regatta in 2011 before a courageous performance at Henley Women’s Regatta.
